A short drive just north of the Greater Toronto Area and comprised of two 6-storey condos on four acres of parkland, Twin Regency is thoughtfully designed with a human-oriented, eco-friendly and innovative smart home approach to offer an unparalleled level of living. For this project we were asked to design and create four different aparments that would be showcased in 360 interactive images and animation form.

Here are a few images that illustrate the creative process followed. Previsualizations of the animations in the form of animatics are essential for the client’s understanding of our vision and the direction we are taking. Also, there are a few images taken from the animations themselves along with their Clay renders to see the geometry.
