Majadahonda - Residential Project
Alma de Majadahonda is an exclusive residential development in Madrid consisting of 20 apartments distributed across two elegant blocks, complete with gardens, a pool, parking, storage rooms, and a community space. Designed with a focus on modernity, comfort, and environmental responsibility, the project blends contemporary architectural values with spacious interiors and large south-facing terraces.
The Challange
The developer’s goal was not only to present the architecture but also to highlight the lifestyle offered by the project. The apartments were designed with generous spaces, open living areas, and ample terraces, all oriented for natural light and comfort. The challenge for us was to create visuals that would communicate this balance of sophistication, modern design, and quality of life while maintaining a consistent architectural identity.
Our Solution
To meet this challenge, we created a complete visual package including:
Exterior images that showcased the elegance of the facades, the swimming pool, and the landscaped gardens, emphasizing the modern yet timeless design of the buildings.
Interior images where we developed the full interior design concept, covering key spaces such as the living room, bedroom, bathroom, terrace, and a coworking/coliving area. The interiors were designed to reflect the spacious, rational layout and to communicate warmth, comfort, and functionality.
CG animation that brought the project to life, offering potential buyers an immersive experience of both the interiors and exteriors.
The Results
The final set of CG images and animation provided the developer with powerful marketing material to present Alma de Majadahonda to prospective buyers.
